Come here often and love the food and staff. The portions are great and generally fill you up and provide some take home as well. If you want a quick in and out meal this may not be the place for you (unless you advise the staff and they are able to accommodate you). This place is about enjoying a meal and dining, which to me means an hour and a half to two hours to enjoy your meal and company.

Great food and don't mind the wait. The menu states that there is a wait for food as everything is made fresh. No reason for complaints.

Some of the best Italian food I have ever had in my life. The portions are more the generous and the staff are super friendly. We had a staff party here and I instantly wanted to come back for more! You have to get the garlic fingers as well, they are to die for. Some people comment on the wait times, but I can assure you, its worth the wait!

I’ve been here several times with a variety of different people. Never heard a complaint about a meal. The food is simply amazing. I read complaints about the wait times, my best guess is that Nona is custom making the sauces for each and every plate. It’s just a thought but the food tastes that good. Make sure and allow plenty of time as you could be up to 3 hours before you leave. As for some of these 1 star reviews, I looked at the other stuff that they reviewed and found that they are nothing more than trolls that aren’t happy anywhere.

Food was amazing, service was terribly slow. We were a group of four, with reservations, and it took over two and a half hours for a 3 course meal. Our server (I only seen 3 servers all night) was very apologetic with the reasoning that "there is only one chef" etc. but it was the point of the matter. I will mention the restaurant was very busy and we were in the front corner of the restaurant which leads me to believe that we were probably forgotten about. Once we spoke with the waitress, the food was brought within a few minutes and mentioned "we got your food out ahead of the table of eight"......I should hope so, we were there ahead of them! Another table close to ours had the same complaint as well and their food was brought with in minutes once they spoke to the waitress too. Would have been a much better rating had the service been slightly quicker! Still, excellent food and HUGE portions. Bring an empty tummy!
