Very cozy. The typical diner with amazing food, and caring staff. First time there and will come back. My hubby and I were very satisfied with our French toast
A cute little diner right on Ottawa street. i have driven by a number of times and stopped for the first time last week. Only a few tables and there is counter seating with stools. The food was ok nothing amazing. Typical eggs and bacon breakfasts. I got the breakfast sausage with my egg breakfast and personally found it to be kind of bland. However the prices are very good. You get a lot of food for a low price.
Roast N Toast is a great way to start the day. Their breakfast is always fantastic and very fairly priced. The bottomless cup of coffee is tremendous. I had the lemon twist French toast today and I definitely suggest to try it!
The place is small but accommodating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good service. The food is good and the french toast is awesome if you feel like something sweet.
my son and I went in for lunch last week after reading the reviews. We both tried the roast beef sandwich with fries and coleslaw. Everything was good except 1/2 of my sandwich was smothered in sauce making it gross. I did not complain as I did not want the hassle of waiting for another 1/2 sandwich. When I went to pay the bill I told the waitress that I had a receipt from Juniper Books across the street and was told I could use it for 15% off. The waitress told me it was for 10% off and it had to be used the same day so I could go back to Juniper Books and use their receipt for 10% off. welcome to the Twilight Zone. In my view the waitress should have accepted the receipt. we will not be back and instead go to Costco and get a hot turkey provolone sandwich for $5.99 that is cheaper and better. Dear owner response. I treated your staff with respect and suggest that you post a sign regarding your guideline for the discount from Juniper Books so that customers are aware of this and also ask Juniper to inform customers. Regardless, to deny a customer a discount of 10% because of being outside of your unknown guideline by 1 day is a bad business practice.
