Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Was there in Windsor's Walker rd. On their 65th anniversary celebration very busy with patrons inside, drive thru, and take out. The wait was up to an hour. Since we go there about 2 a month we have the knowledge of the taste of the the chicken and ribs. Go there and find out.

There's a soft spot in my heart for Swiss chalet. It hasn't changed since I was a child but somehow I still enjoy it just as much. It's consistent, fast, tasty, and priced well. It's not reinventing food but maybe that's why I like it.

When I eat here I get takeout. I would order online or via phone and pick it up. I don't like how it is set up when I come to pick up my food, there is no one usually at the front to greet at the counter as they are in the kitchen. I would stand there for a while until someone notices me. Or, if there is someone out front, they won't acknowledge you because that is not their job. They will continue doing whatever it is that they are doing and walk by me without even saying if someone will be me with me shortly or even advising the one responsible for taking my order that someone is waiting.

Good food! Nice staff! Clean tables, floors and washrooms! The food came out at a good time. Recommend this place for something quick or something big.

This visit was takeout and the service was still excellent! The food is always consistent at this chain, a go to for sure when out shopping in the area. Have never been disappointed by the customer service nor the food offerings! Thanks for a great dining experience as always!
