The Chef Next Door

Where do I start! I planned a private dinner for two, (we live in MI)from the moment I contacted chef Trish she was absolutely awesome! she emailed back fast, and was very understanding with our diet restrictions. Everything was amazing! she is an absolute delight! wonderful personality she made our evening absolutely perfect! the food was just perfect Honestly she is the best! we will be booking her for any event or stay in Windsor.

Took a cooking class here. It was awesome and we learned a lot of helpful techniques for making Mexican food, particularly the tortillas.

What a fun experience! My wife took me as a birthday gift and it was a lot of fun.

Chef Trish is an excellent host and teaches in a way that is really accessible for cooks of any skill level. Class sizes are limited to 10 which makes it a more personal experience although advanced booking becomes a necessity.

Participation is not required but it is definitely more fun when you get behind the counter and help prepare the feast everyone will be eating. Bring your appetite because there is a lot of awesome food you will be eating.

Prices for the class vary depending on the menu but the experience and the meal are well worth it. A waitress also comes by periodically taking drink orders and although that is not included in the price it’s a nice service to have.

We had dinner here tonight for my best friends birthday and we got the pleasure of cooking with chef Trish. She was amazing! Amazing and talented! The food was delicious. The experience was interactive and entertaining. I would recommend this to anyone who likes food. It was a home cooked meal with a restaurant experience. We got to make corn bread muffins, peanut soup, shrimp with grits, and pecan pie (it was southern themed). Anyways.. I cannot wait to go back!
