Thompson House

Thompson House has one of the best burgers around. Doesn't matter which one you get (I've tried them all) chill atmosphere and staff is top notch. Oh and the beer is so nice and coldddd

Nice comfortable atmosphere, not noisy, small parking lot but you can park on side streets, busy place but got our food and drinks quite quickly. Staff was friendly and quickly cleaned our tables when it was alerted to their attention that it was dirty. Food tasted great. Prices on par with other pubs for entrees and apps but the sides were pricier. Tasty food though so I will go back in the future to try other menu items. ????????

The TH is hands down our favorite place to go with friends. We have become regulars because: the food is awesome, the staff are genuine and attentive and the music makes you want to sing along but, not so loud that you can't talk with your friends. Reading reviews complaining that no one seated you? Seriously? That's on you. Be an adult, approach someone. Don't have a tantrum and leave. By doing so, you've just missed out on a great night out. Love This Place!

I'm more sharing this review because I decided to read some of the 1 star reviews. I cant believe the things people have said about this place. The food is amazing and yes it can be a couple bucks more than other restaurants but the food is worth it, quality is top notch. Been there many times with large groups and called ahead with no problem. Servers and bar tenders are always awesome. This is one of my favourite places to go to in windsor. Their version of a big mac was amazing.

Food is pretty good. The menu could use a bit of a refresher. It's been pretty much the same since they've opened. Not bad, I'm just looking for something new.

Beer choices are fairly standard "English" style beers. I know it doesn't necessarily fit the "British pub" theme but they should add a few local taps. There are some awesome local breweries that they could rotate through. I go there because they have beer, not because it's British beer.
