    The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was a nice size so not crowded feeling.

    Much better than McDonald's! Short wait times and real staff! No brainwashing or hype! Basic down to earth! The location will occasionally give me a free coffee! Good breakfast a bit pricey! Recommend the Buddy burger with cheese! I really despise the marketing hype and nonsense at McDonald's and find this a good alternative! My lived experience with McDonald's is that they are borderline unethical! A and W is a good alternative which pokes fun at the American fast-food Giants!

    Amazing breakfast options and best customer service experience in Kingston. They deliver food to the table with speed and a smile. Great food. Great service. Prices are a little high. Use coupons.

    It's A & W... it's a chain. So I know what I'm expecting. This location is always clean, service is always fast and friendly. Which is impressive in any joint that employs young teens. Food was great. I had a root beer in a glass mug. This is the Achilles heel of every a & w because the mug is often barely cold. Every time I get one here, it's perfect. Icy cold. Hope this helps.
