Great value. Fantastic location if you have anything Queens U related. Substantial breakfast offerings.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and it's delicious. Also, very reasonably priced and close to many amenities.

So far so good. I love this hotel. Room are clean. Can't wait to have our hot free breakfast. Peaceful area. The only thing I have to say - they don't have fridge in the room and I needed one badly. Other than that it's okay. They have a beautiful Pub but they open at 9pm - sad that we can enjoy it for the Happy hour. Five minutes from the marina beside the Pen

Older hotel that needs a lot of work and updating. Rooms are bland and dark. Extremely thin walls and big gaps at the bottom of your doors. You can clearly hear your neighbors from all directions. Definitely need ear plugs. AC was very loud and clicking the entire time. Sink drain was not working properly and would clog up immediately. Positives are the bed and pillows are comfortable and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. A bit away from downtown Kingston. Food quality was okay, sometimes over cooked and bland, but they had a good variety to choose from. Desserts were always delicious!

Very nice accommodations. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Very clean and well taken care of. Grounds were in the process of being renovated and I'm sure it will be stunning when completed. Only negative for me was a very hard bed but my husband loved it so it's a personal choice.
