    One of the mainstays of ethnic cuisine in the heart of Kingston's downtown... There's a reason they've been in business for over 25 years! Food is excellent!

    This is my favourite Kingston restaurant. Hoa always has a smile and is attentive to your needs. The food is consistently excellent. I’ve been coming here for 15 years

    Saigon Delights or just ‘Saigon’ if you are in the know, is and always has been the best Vietnamese in Kingston for the longest time, since I was a kid. Every time I am back in Kingston to visit I make sure I stop in for a bite. I am taking one star off because unfortunately, the exact same dish I have been getting for well over a decade has shot up in prices astronomically. Seems less busy than it used to be, probably because of the irrationally high prices. A shame. Great food still, just hard to justify spending nearly $20 for a bowl of rice noodles with vegetables.
