Travelodge by Wyndham Kingston LaSalle Hotel

Great Value and service. Breakfast awesome. Rooms ok. very clean brand new mattresses comfy.

The place we originally booked tried to scam me out of the suite w/balcony I reserved to put us in two separate dingy small rooms at twice the price. We ended up at Travelodge, very stressed. Although they did not have a suite available the young man at front desk was so understanding, so calming, so helpful, and just so lovely that I'm glad we ended up here instead. The room was clean and quiet. The beds and pillows very comfy! In the morning we had an excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant before continuing our journey. I'm writing this review well over a year later but remember vividly the excellent customer care of this place. Cheers!

A wonderful place to stay, with my wife and 2 children. The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows and linens were so nice at the end of a long day. The pool facility was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel surpassed my expectations on every level. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Oh, and most importantly, it was quiet. Way to go travelodge Kingston!

Reception was courteous, not overwhelmingly welcoming. I had to ask at the front desk for coffee in our room as there was only had decaf in the room and the alarm clock went off at 6:30 AM, not a great start to our day. Tony, our waiter in the restaurant, was awesome! And the food was great!

Out of all the hotels in this area this one is the best for the price. A couple things to make note of are: the hotel room key sometimes causes problems, the hotel seems new from the lobby but it is quite older than it looks. A small renovation to the building can fix that. Other than that the staff is amazing and very helpful. The maintenance ladies keep your room in tip top shape, and the food is decent too. For a Travelodge hotel I was expecting a bit more pazaaz but other than that it was an awesome stay.
