I must have gone here maybe 60-70 times over the past year or so. To some of the reviewers claiming the subs are made slow, new staff comes in all the time and they need to be trained. In those instances, I’ve found it’s taken longer, but that’s normal. Not everyone starts out as an expert. Generally, the service is pretty fast.

The quality of the ingredients are top notch and are always fresh. The staff have always been helpful, as well. When I dropped my soup one day, they replaced it for me, which was incredibly nice of them. If there aren’t enough toppings on your sub, consider requesting more. I’ve had to do that before, and it really isn’t a big deal. Everyone has different judgement on the “standard” amount of topping to add, so keep that in mind as well.

The only negative I will add which is not location specific is that the soup selection rarely changes, even over the course of several weeks, which is a bit of a sticking point for me as I do enjoy soup with my sub, and don’t necessarily always want to eat the same soup over and over. Overall though, great. Would recommend this location 100 percent.
