What a nice surprise to have, after hiking all day in the Hamilton region, to find a healthy and delicious place to eat! The place had plenty of patrons, but the owner, being the only one on duty at the time, still managed to be very caring, attentive, and made us amazingly tasty meals. Their nuts and oats-based bread is so good we bought some to bring back home! We will be back again for sure.

I stopped in for a "healthy"snack. Curry Fries and pumpkin cheesecake. So delicious. I eat a gluten free, dairy free diet with my MS. I get very tired somedays, so it's good to know I have a place to grab a delicious bite! I will be back for a full meal. So great to have cheesecake again. It had a great crust and silky texture filling. Yummy

The food was fantastic and the coffee with fresh almond milk was top notch. The whole place is warm, bright and very clean, and the bathroom was very parent-friendly! The owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive. Thanks for a great meal.

Love how all the food items are carefully alkaline washed, soaked and dehydrated for ease of digestion.the consistancy of flavours and dishes makes me to come back for every meal. Barbara is such a lovely owner and greets you with a warm smile. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, hard to find in shop owners. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Truly a conscious eatery! A super unique space, with a lot of love put in to it. The menu is filled with healthful and tasty dishes, that have a creative kick! The seedy oat bread is amazing! There is a lot of care and time put into every dish.
