Boston Pizza

So before I review let's be fair we told Boston pizza we had a party of 15 and we ended up with just over 20 ppl. Inside the restaurant their was 2 other tables plus our party of 20+ when I arrived I sat at table for 20+ minutes without the waitress even looking at me. I eventually went to the bar side to order a drink. After returning I found out that the waitress had banned us from going to the bar side to order drinks even though she failed to fill many of our drink orders. If it was me and I had 20+ ppl to serve I would be taking as many orders as possible. When I complained to the manager he stood up for the waitress so I ordered 3 drinks through him for my friends. One of my friends received a drink and it had a bug in it she said it was fine but I'm not one to accept that kind of service. Safe to say I will never be going back the service was awful the food and drinks were great minus. My friends fly in hers. They need to learn a few things about customer service especially now that the service industry is so competitive I've rather go somewhere where my service matters. It must be nice to not care what your customers think of your restaurant as many others struggle to stay open.

The best pizza we have had in a long time. Make your own . The roasted cherry tomatoes so good.

Food was good, staff great. It was way too cold in the restaurant so we went to the bar to eat and there was only one person on. She was great but she was very busy. Felt they should have had someone from the restaurant help with the bar area which was packed with people eating and drinking since the restaurant area was empty.

Yet again they seemed to have changed their menu items! What we ordered tonight was way different then the same thing we ordered a couple months ago! Way too spicy without any spice warning, couldn't even eat it!

Food was awesome! Way bigger portions than I thought. The Memphis wings were incredible and my peach pecan goat cheese salad was also incredible. I also love how involved this franchise is with their local communities. This Boston Pizza was hosting a Succulent planting event with teacher and a full class of students. Great way to build relationships while bringing in customers as well.
