Dough Box Wood Fired Pizza and Pasta

Good pizza, great environment.

The pizza here is fine, portions slightly on the smaller side with thin crust. Topping amounts are sufficient and taste is above par. Not too greasy and not too dry. The pasta is a bit lacking in sauce, flavor and toppings, portions are modest and the value is nowhere near as apparent. The cookies they offer are fine, but nothing noteworthy.

The service was abbreviated (so much so I'm not sure I see the relevance in tipping) and procedural.

What stands out is the environment. The booths are enjoyable locations to consume a pizza, and I can definitely see value in coming here as a group to enjoy a meal at a very acceptable price.

Customer service was amazing! Nana helped us with our order and really made us feel welcomed! It was our first time here but will definitely be back because of his customer service!

I really wanted to like this place. Went several times over the summer and the pizza is really tasty. As long as you avoid the busy lunch hour, you'll get your dish in a reasonable time. I totally understand that it can get busy during those hours BUT when there is someone ordering 10 pizzas to go right in front of you
after rush hour which adds half an hour to your wait when there is nobody else waiting in line (not in front or behind), wouldn't it be more reasonable to make the single margherita pizza first? On top of that it was only one person who was clearly still in training making those ten pizzas. Work on your customer service please. I waited over half an hour for my pizza thinking it would take five minutes seeing there was only one person in front of me. Still three stars because pizza is good.

Was at the Dough Box last night (Friday Oct 19) between 7:15--8pm. I had placed by order and was waiting as it was being made. I was fortunate to have been there prior to the crowd that was about to be served. I was also fortunate to watch your team handle at least 25- maybe 40 people that came in right after us. They were flawless. They kept focused and worked through it without any issues that I could see. They just kept moving and obviously communicated with each other!!! True TEAM WORK at it's best!!!
You need to please let your team know I applaud them for their abilities. I let Crystal be aware and to please tell the team they are impressive and they deserve to be informed how well they work as a team. They made their customers happy and moved on to the next!!!

Amazing pizza... So many choices including vegetarian. Customer service is excellent... Aleayts friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile. Will not add toppings you don't want to a specific pizza... Ready in 8min. Thin crust, great size not too big... Not too greasy and fresh ingredients.... Love it..
