East Side Mario's Hamilton (Stoney Creek)

Great place for food and drink the nachos are huge for a small order and great choices of beer. The floor of this place is really cool it came from the old stadium. The service is quick and friendly and the clientele is fun, I have stayed at the hotel twice and have gone down for food and drinks both times. And this place gets hopping at night.

Great dining experience at this ESM location! We were a party of 4, that showed up at a peak time. We were seated immediately, and greeted by a funny, and fantastic waiter. Drinks and starters were quick, and food wasn’t too far behind. Hot, fresh, and delicious.

Dined with my family tonight. It was a LONG wait and once seated it took a very long time for our food to come. We had to ask for it to be packed up upon arrival because we had already been at the restaurant for close to two hours and our son was getting restless. They also double billed us for an appetizer and the portions were crazy small. My son literally got 12 fries and they forgot to pack his dessert... I was ready to give this place a two star review however the manager came and spoke to us and was very concerned with our experience. She tried to make it right and that means everything.

Places can have "off" nights but acknowledging service could have been better is key. Treating every customer like they matter is important and thats what this place did. So we will try it again and hope for a better experience next time. The servers and staff do seem to care.

I would really like to recognize Stephani for today’s amazing experience. She provided tremendous service but what really meant a lot to us is she went above and beyond to make our family happy tonight. Thank you Stephani for making our meal and night out so enjoyable!
