(October 25, 2019, 6:31 pm)Talked to Paul from 2200 Rymal rd Ginos pizza. Placed and order, and prior to that i had called the head office about an issue i had over a pizza topping that i never received from a month ago. Head office was no help to me cause they couldn't find my phone number, so I said that " you are willing to lose a customer over a topping?" Its not like i'm asking for a free pizza...Just to add an extra topping to my order...The head office refused....So I called Paul and placed the order directly to his store, and "WOW" what great customer service, He was very friendly, understood my problem, And took care of the matter immediately. That's how customer service should be...Great Job Paul and his staff, And maybe head office could use some refresher training from Paul.
