    This location is very similar to all the other Harvey's out there. The owner/manager is often on site working and will check in with guests when he is not overseeing the flow of the kitchen. The food is always fresh and hot. About 2 years ago this locations did a trial of sorts by serving the French fries used at Swiss Chalet - and I wish they had of kept them

    Best Harvey’s in Hamilton, no question about that. Workers are great, and almost always have a great attitude! They make great poutines.

    This is my favourite Harvey's in Hamilton. Service has always been friendly, fast and food is always prepared well. Staff is really great here!!

    I just showed up with 5 separate orders. Both the cashier and food prepper nailed it! So fast and efficient. I'm very impressed.

    I’ve lived in Oakville and Burlington most of my life so I am used to a certain caliber of service. This location blows every other fast food place out of the water!! Staff is fast, efficient and friendly and the entire team communicates really well both amongst themselves and with customers. I’ve been here a couple times and every time has been excellent!
