Was impressed with their food and service. Portions were big and delicious. If ever in Hamilton then this places is a must. Ah, and good clean environment as well.

I would like to share a few tips that might increase amount of customers:

1. Appropriate rice and salad ratio when serving main dishes (too much rice gets wasted)
2. Add another dish which can offer a mix of both Chicken Skewer and Koobideh kabob (customer can get a taste of both in one dish)
3. Try different brands of rice (I think the rice could be better)
4. Add another sauce that can go along with the red sauce (white sauce maybe?)

The food tastes great, just a bit of changes and effort could definitely gain some customers.

Great ambiance, i ordered food for take out, and while I was waiting I was offered tea. I was told how much time it will take, and food did arrive timely. And food matched level of service

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and food. Customer service is unmatched. They make you feel at home. Absolutely would recommend for anyone. Ramadan buffet is on another level. Closest thing to a home cooked meal.
