Kelseys Original Roadhouse

We just left this location because when we walked in we were told we would have a seat in a few minutes. After five minutes we were added to a 25 minute wait list. There is no place to sit while you wait and my wife just had a hip replacement a few weeks ago. Would have liked to know there was a list before I waited.

So glad a Kelsey's came to town! I took my Family for dinner and we had a great time. I love some of the new menu items since my last visit to a Kelsey's...The food was hot and delicious. Thanks for a great evening.

I have to say the leadership, outstanding customer service , of one particular person has made such a difference in my experience for Kelseys. She made all the difference. I watched her work with her co workers, listened, knew when to give advice and when to listen. She smiled at all the customers. As a manager myself I would hire her in a heartbeat to lead my team. She should be a team leader for this establishment . Anyone in a management position would be so lucky to have her. The passion and love for customer service was demonstrated time and time again. Food was delicious. Nick our server was amazing. And excellent customer service given by the manager when someone at our table didn't really like the burger they got the manager took the charger for the meal off the bill and offered something different of free charge. Great staff. Great food. Definitely coming back!

Amazing and beautiful location with nice personalized touches to honour Winona! Location is great and the food and staff are fantastic. This is by far the best Kelsey’s location around!
