taste is ok, waiting time is too long

Prepared fresh. New store. I've been a few times and have always had a good experience so far. Good deals too and friendly staff.

Had the chicken bowl. Came with a drink and a cookie, for $5. Pretty reasonable

The food from here is amazing, so much better than the one in Hamilton at King and Dundurn and is worthy of 5 stars for the food quality and speed of service from the kitchen.

Unfortunately I had to give only 3 stars thanks to the one employee there, often there Monday evenings, clearly doesn't want to be doing this for a living but with that personality clearly has limited options, doesn't listen and rarely gets the order right, gets angry when you have the code for the popcorn or cheesecake promotion and you can see her slow right down when the line up starts happening, almost like it is intentional so people will leave for better service anywhere else.

I will update this review as soon as she is moved to a time when it is a guarantee I will not be showing up (opening shift please) to the proper rating as this location deserves
