Swiss Chalet

It used to be really good, now you have to remind the waitress what's acceptable and send it back three times. The second time I didn't send it back because I didn't want any problems. The fries were not cooked properly and the chicken portion was missing the meat under the skin. The second piece was also a small piece and not normal for what so shall he puts out. I was very disappointed. To feel of Swiss Chalet, drive to Ancaster oh, I've never had a bad experience. Especially if it's Mother's Day

Great place to go when the parents are in town. They really seem to like the the quarter chicken dinner. We have tried most of the appetizers and they are all pretty good.

My personal favorite is the half chicken with a half rack of ribs. I normally start off with an order of their chicken wings in a medium sauce. Shockingly good chicken wings.

Nice family atmosphere. Can get busy, wait times can be lengthy. But it moves at a fairly decent pace.

The staff are great. They are always helpful and always make for a great experience.

This location has recently been renovated, and the floors are now much less slippery than the old tile floor. Menu has been slightly updated as well, and a great sandwich to try is the Southern Canuck. It is delicious, even when not on a bun.
