Waterdown Tea House

The food was great and staff was friendly. But the coordination was not there.

Would highly recommend this fine Tea House. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and caring with all members of our party of 25. Our every need was taken care of, and the food was well presented and delicious. Planning for this event was a joy, as e-mails were answered in a timely manner and everything was detailed in a clear and concise form. Numerous members of our party were aged and one in a wheelchair, and the staff went out of their way to give them special attention. The younger child was pampered and given special treats while we waited for everyone to arrive. Overall a great experience. We will be back. Thank you to ownership and all staff for a remarkable day. You do it right!

Drove to this lovely town with my Mother & sisters for a belated Mothers Day tea. From the moment you pass through the front door , you feel right at home with the stunning decor and spacious table settings. The friendly informative service was outstanding as one needs help to decide on the selection of many teas & jams. The sandwiches were very tasty and the fresh baked scones were to die for! We were delighted with our visit and look forward to our return.

Went for high tea for a friend's birthday. Accessible. (Ramp from parking, door opener, easy access to tables and washrooms.) Great attentive service, lovely table setting, great food and good portions for the price. Totally willing to adjust for dietary restrictions like gluten or sugar if you tell them in advance so they can prepare alternatives. Definitely going again.
