Wendy's

Management is rude to their employees.

The female manager on my visit today screamed at her employee, because she made a mistake on inputting my order.
Wendy's apparently don't have the time or care to make a system for the Canadian market, so their system is the american version, and the employee input my meal as a version we do not have.

The manager then made me pay the difference on the meal option (breaking the "Offer and Acceptance" principle.)

The food came out great, the employee who I dealt with was nice, and obviously new.

The manager needs to realize she's supposed to manage, not chastise. Learn some respect.

Food is ok. The only selling point for me is the $0.99 frosty. The burger needs a little bit more seasoning for flavour. Not really my first choice but good enough if you're really hungry.

Modern new look, but quite small inside. Not much seating. Very clean. My son loves the new pop machines. Had almost a "mini" Wendy's feel. Very condensed would be my only complaint.
