Stoco Lake Lodge at Trudeau Park

Love it but too many large trailers blocking our view.

This was my first time back in tweed after 15 years. The city corrupted me decided to get away. Honestly we were impressed I havent been here since I was a kid and reviews were pretty hit or miss so we had very little expectations when we went in. Everyone was polite did their own thing, owner was friendly and inclusive he followed through with a deal made before booking no issues.Some things that could pose a issue for some -hot water was plentiful in the shower but none in the sink - musty smell in room and building ( it isnt bad it shouldn't affect your stay ) it's an old building idk what to tell you -lots of cigarette butts outside .. people are gross so some ashtrays outside the room and on the beach would be nice for those who cant hold on to their butts -rooms are clean , wasnt high end stuff bed isnt super comfy but it could be alot worse . -bar closed early I'm not sure if that is a regular thing but owner offered to hook us up before closing so again wasnt a big deal. if I had the financial means I'd pack up my kids and head back out for a week. It wasn't perfect but defintley exceeded our expectations and we would go back.

First time stepping foot inside the Lodge much less eating here. It was a great experience. Food was reasonably priced, good sized portions, even crisped up my fries just right. My only complaint was that service was slow for being empty, but then again there was 3 of us there with vastly different orders.

Overall I highly recommend.

I was here last year in late August to see big wreck live. IT was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!???????????????????????????? The food was great! ???????????? LOVE to come back again sometime!????
