“Tonight we were served by Andrew. Things started to go horribly wrong. Andrew was new to the BP family. He was 20 minutes getting a water and a root beer. We asked what was going on, and within minutes Natasha and Lindsay (the manager) came to the rescue. Andrew had strong convictions and it impressed is that he came to apologize.
