    South Pond is the best and we still can’t believe this quality of food/atmosphere is located so close! It’s our go to spot for brunch and dinners. The food is always so good! We love taking friends for brunch and showing them this hidden gem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and experience all in one. We also love that everything served is from their farm/local and with sustainable practices. Can’t get better than that!

    Love going to South Pond Farms for their events! It's such a special place. I've been to a full moon supper, chili and pie lunch, a winter lunch event and most recently their Friday night Kitchen supper which was cozy, super intimate with only 10 other people attending, and delicious of course!! Food is always scrumptious and everyone who works there and runs this place are absolutely wonderful. They have so many different types of events throughout the year, there's something for everyone. I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you're in the area. It's a beautiful drive amongst the rolling hills with a great view to boot.

    I highly recommend the Saturday Sourdough workshop with chef Neale. It was a fun morning out for my sisters mom and I. Chef Neale explained the process in detail and came around to make sure every student felt comfortable with each step. While waiting for the bread to bake we enjoyed wandering around the gorgeous property and had a delicious lunch waiting for us when we returned to the kitchen. I can’t wait to attend another workshop or event at South Pond Farms! An easy scenic 45 min drive from Durham Region.

    The farm is outstanding. The grounds really make you feel warm.
    A family member recently got married there and it was beautiful. The barn was decorated perfectly. Table settings flowers and the food! Fantastic. Real family food. We loved it.
    Most important our loved ones were so happy with how it all came together. Their day was just as they hoped it would be.
    Great job by the friendly staff who served all of the guests.
