    Lovely melty cheese curds, nestled in gravy on a deep bed of crisp fries.
    It's a pretty good poutine, but I have had better. Pretty standard food for what you'd expect coming out of a food truck.

    Didn't disappoint, just didn't blow me away either.

    Pulled pork poutine is awesome! Kind of caught me off guard when they asked me if I wanted curds or shredded cheese on my poutine. Poutines are curds!!! Haha

    First time trying these fries and would definitely return again.

    Love fresh cut fries!

    Five stars for fries. One star sausage on a bun because it was hardly cooked and tough to chew. *A warm bun + cooked meat would get it 4 or 5 stars.
