Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

Very good chicken, much better than Kentucky Fried Chicken. Service was good but it always is so busy. A little expensive. Parking can be a nightmare as there is only one entrance and one exit yet there are other stores and restaurants in the immediate area.

The wait was really long for a family meal but they compensated by throwing in some free cheesecake. It was good value for the amount of food. A little too greasy.

The manager was more than accommodating with my eating issues....the staff behind the till was knowledgable about her products. The food was flavorful and HOT...when I received it...a change from lukewarm. All in all a great experience.

I love Popeye's. I'm completely obsessed. That being said, this location is a bit below average. If you go inside things are fine. Unfortunately whenever I've been through the drive through things fall apart. Items get missed. Almost always get spicy chicken despite asking for mild. No matter what I've ordered I've had to park and wait "ten minutes" which is actually closer to 20. Over all, rather disappointed.

Food was good and hot. Customer service was exceptional. I ordered wings for little kids to share not realizing that the recipe was spicy. The cashier named “Thomas” brought the kids out a basket of chicken nuggets. Very happy with my first experience there.
