Waggs Steak & Seafood Restaurant

Haven't been there for years until today! Read their sign about the summer salads out front, thought it was worth a try! The salads both the one I had, as well as my daughters were absolutely amazing! They were huge and packed with ingredients mentioned on the menu. Added chicken and it was real chicken! I couldnt quite finish it, but it was so delicious and fresh! Great job Waggs!

Best Prime Rib around. Both wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our meal as usual. Excellent service from hostess to waitress, and congratulations to the chef. Good Value for my money.

Food is always excellent. I was however very disappointed In the service. I ordered the special, as did my Friend. It was to include 2 bacon wrapped scallops. They did not come with the meal. Our waitress never checked back. I finally asked another waitress. She then came out with 2 for my friend and said mine was coming right up. She never returned until I finished my dinner. She then stated that mine would be up in a couple more minutes. I said never mind, I'm finished my dinner now.
She took $10. off the bill and gave me a complimentary dessert. I did not want dessert. I wanted the scallops so ice cream did not placate me. After talking 5 other people into going there, I was let down.

Placed a fairly large order and everything was excellent. Only problem I had was that the menu didn't specify the surf n turf prime rib is a cut from a roast n not the steak I was hoping for. However the owner was quick to help me out with that. The lobster and shrimp were decent size and good. I asked for rare steak and they even got that right. A little pricey but it's not easy finding actual good restaurants. Will be back

Hidden Gem inside the Super 8 Hotel. Inside decor and ambiance is excellent. Staff go above and beyond. Nice little Bar area with 3 tables for a more quiet conversation....just off the main dining area. Take out is available. Great steak and seafood. Ample space to eat. Chairs are comfortable and solid...as well as the tables. It is a hidden gem and worth the visit.
