Kemptville Family Restaurant

Loved it...
On a business trip to Kemptville and the hunger kicked in.
Decided to try this place and boy what a place it was.
I really enjoy this establishment for the following reasons:
1)Super friendly staff.
2)The food portions were very generous.
3) The food tastes great.
5) The general atmosphere was warm and pleasant.
If your passing through Kemptville and get the hunger bug.....give the Kemptville Family Restaurant a try.
You won't regret it.

The food could have been better but were served by very friendly staff.
Brought my folks and son for early dinner few weeks ago. I gave 4-stars only because the staff were extremely nice to us. However the inside needs a bit of TLC (several seats had broken leather coverings). Some of the food items were great but found the baby beef liver a bit salty and overdone. The fries were quite greasy.

A much better alternative for fast food on the road. Visited a few days ago on my drive from Ottawa to Toronto. Highly recommend, the service is impeccable in this local establishment. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our dinner at Kemptville Family Restaurant. Their menu is quite eclectic: Canadian, Italian, Greek, Chinese and everything in-between. We settled on sharing a large Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza. It was thin crust, with generous amounts of toppings. I wasn't crazy about the garlic dipping sauce as it was thin and vinegary. I prefer a thicker creamy dip. That is my personal preference it doesn't reflect on the service or quality of food. The coffee was great. The waitress Sue, was very friendly and checked on us frequently. There was a steady stream of people coming in. By 5 on a Friday it was fairly busy but service didn't lag. We like to give local restaurants a chance when possible. We'll be back.
