Old Bookstore Café

We call it Bonnie's, super sweet lady. Her food is delicious and it reminds me of walking into my grandma's home. If you haven't been make sure you stop in, grab a coffee and stay awhile if in the area. Heck it's worth making a special trip out to Old Bookstore Cafe.

You can even purchase the little knickknacks on display.

Love this place! We were on our motorcycles and needed a place to stop for a warm drink. We ended up with so much more. Great desserts and pastries, a very warm welcome, amazing service and accommodation....and what a selection of interesting books and gifts! I'd recommend this little jewel for anyone travelling in the area. It's worth a stop even if it's a short distance out of your way. I'll go back that way just to see her again.

Quaint little place featuring used books, old VHS tapes, and local crafts. Had a latte and breakfast poutine which were both delicious. My daughter enjoyed the homemade lemonade, but wasn't a huge fan of the French toast. The lady working was very hospitable and had lots of toys and games for my children to play with while we waited. Will likely stop back next time I'm in the area.

such a cute place to drop in and enjoy some super local handmade foods at super affordable prices. the owner was so kind and welcoming as she had told us to act as we were at home:) also lots of local artisans work displayed and available for purchase. would definitely stop in again
