GOZEN

I was here on Aug. 24 2019 and it was very busy. Our food came a bit late but it was definitely worth the waitttt. One thing I wanted to comment about though, was the fact that while it was busy, there was a girl (who came for pick up I’m assuming) that had a walk supporting cart thing (I don’t know what it’s called, my apologies) but had to carry a lot of bags. So the server, stopped what she doing immediately and carried a bag while going out to hold the door for her. It was very nice to see people helping each other in our community.

Apart from the server, the 2 sushi chefs were working very hard. They helped the server a bit too and were veg quick on their feet. Good luck Gozen!

I came on Saturday, August 24, 2019 and there was only one server working the hall. She was very quick on her feet, dashed through the halls, took finished plates ASAP, always had a smile even though I could see her sweating ahaha. I honestly felt very bad and wondered how old she was because she did not look a day over 18.

Aside from the server, the food was a bit slow to come out, but was TOTALLY worth the wait, as always. Keep up the great work Gozen!

Amazing food and service. One of our favourite restaurants!

Really good staff, service, and food. I’ve been to this restaurant about 3 or 4 times and there’s always this one waitress who serves me. Sometimes the restaurant is busy and sometimes it isn’t. However, she seems very experienced (though she looks extremely young) and is always smiling, even when she makes a mistake. When it’s busy, she even runs and tries to make sure all of the customers are satisfied while when it isn’t busy, she seems like she’s always doing something (which is good, making herself busy). The sushi chef is very nice too, sometimes serving the food himself and always starting conversations with the customers. When it’s busy, the kitchen lady comes out as well and is always very kind. The food is great, I’ve established that early, but I’m surprised of how well the staff treats their customers.

As an aficionado of Japanese Korean food, this place has been on my list for ages. I finally had a chance to have lunch here today. The staff are attentive the service is prompt. The food is authentic and delectable. I had the sizzling bimimbap and it was like I was in Seoul. So lucky to have authentic restaurants in London Ontario.
