Palasad South

We hosted a staff appreciation event at Palasad South. It was great. Our group of around 80 people had the option to play laser tag, bowl or billiards throughout the afternoon. Everyone had so much fun! Our servers Morgan and Taylor were fantastic and very accommodating. We were very impressed with the service throughout the day. They were not only prompt and accurate, but also extremely pleasant and patient with our large group. Booking the event with Tiffany was easy and stress free. She made sure that everything was taken care of so at the actual event everyone was able to enjoy themselves worry free. She was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole planning process fun. I took my Team here for a Corporate Olympics and I could not be more pleased with our experience. I had some dynamic requests for Cait, our host, and she was so on the ball and flexible. The Experience was great, right down to the Event coordinator Tiffany and her assistance throughout the process. If looking for a spot to have a team builder I highly recommend.

This was the third time I've planned an event at this location and all three times have been very pain free. Tiffany made things very straightforward and was very professional and courteous in our communications. Our server (Emma S) was very friendly and made us feel like it was a pleasure to serve us. Food was good. Our group had a great time and I'm sure we'll be back again.

Been here multiple times, and came here for a Grade 8 grad party most recently. Great service and food, love the laser tag and bowling as well. It was so cool going around in a suit from grad in the laser tag. Felt like James Bond or something in there. Overall, great place. Would go here anytime to hang out!

We recently had my daughter's birthday party here. I have to say it was extremely well organized. Our host Jake was so great with all the kids! He kept things running really well and kept it flowing. My daughter had a great time for her first 'friends' party. Thank you Palasad and Jake for making this such a great memory for her!
