Waited 20 minutes after being seated to order drinks... waitress didn't know we were there.. didn't bring the pizza stand over to our table, had to wait for that.. asked for a refill for our drinks half way through meal.. never got them.. it was not that busy so no idea why the service was so bad.. disappointing for a Boston Pizza to be honest...

(October 10, 2019, 12:25 pm)The food and service was 4.5 stars. The cleanliness was a big let down. Both beer glasses were very dirty. Management was quick to replace with bottles and a good discount was given. Furniture is tired.
