Awesome ambiance, good food and great service)

Lovely old home, food and menu not what it used to be. Had the pub platter the other nite and the chicken and ribs were very dry. The potatoes although baked were mushy. Still a go to location, and maybe an off nite or new chef. Have been going there for years and still recommend Capers to my friends.

As a traveler passing in town for 24 hours this exceeded my expectations, nice service and atmosphere too. We loved most of the dishes here, especially the fish and the duck breast poutine (pictured). Pizza for the kid wasn’t great and the veal liver and onions had a bit too much wine and not enough salt but otherwise tender. The kitchen was slammed with a single waiter braving 10 tables inside and outside, but this place gets busy for a good reason. Good beer selection too.

Enjoyed an excellent lunch today. Really delicious food and great service. First time, but when in the area we will return.

Located in downtown Campbellford. Great and large outdoor patio. The night we went they had live "jazzy" music on the patio. Very talented duet! Great crowd of patrons. Large menu with daily specials and mid range prices. Our food was well prepared and tasty. The red snapper came with roasted vegetables, delicious. The wings were crispy and juicy and comes with a tasty coleslaw. The banana cheesecake was delicious and very different. The carrot cake was also very good. We were very happy with this restaurant and the whole experience !!!
