    Amazing ladies, products and the best service you could ask for. I have yet to try one thing I don’t like. My absolute favourites are Tiramisu cupcakes, flat breads, pizzas, fat bombs, pecan puffs, pistachio shortbread, and dinner rolls. Lemon poppyseed is next on my list to try.

    Wow what a wonderful service to have delivered right to your door. The chocolate peanut butter fat bombs are incredible, the Naan...wow, just wow and the chicken curry.....sensational. Thanks you so much Veronika and team!

    everything looks delicious, but I have only tried the cheesy bagels so far and OMG they did not dissapoint! Fully toastable, they taste great with just better, but also made a few memorable sandwiches! Plan on working my way through the menu...

    This is a wonderful local business catering to the keto and low carb community. Although I've purchased a few items that I didn't love (personal preference) I've enjoyed mostly everything. The food is a little expensive but this is to be expected for homemade keto food. Well worth it for a treat/convenience. The cheesy bagels, rolls and flatbread are all great. My personal favourites are the cheesy zucchini biscuits, the lemon loaf and the tiramisu cupcakes. The cupcakes and lemon loaf are moist and not too sweet. Delicious!

    Wow amazing tasting food. We tried the orange chocolate fat bombs, cheese bagels and lemon poppy seed loaf. Everything was so fresh and very delicious and so easy to order. Looking forward to trying many of Carb Smart Expresses other items. Well done Carb Smart Express
