    It has good food, cooked properly but customer service could be better as well as many other places.. But was still very good experience as I like the Gloucester Centre

    For the record; this IS the Gloucester Centre/Blair location. The other, newer one is located at 2016 Ogilvie, and doesn't seem to have any kind of listing yet anywhere. Seeing a tonne of people posting pics of the newer location- that's NOT this A&W listing.

    Clean,fast and great food. No complaints from me.

    I went on their busiest day of the year, the MS fund day. I waited for almost 40 mins for my teen burger, knowing how crazy busy the employees were they still served with a smile. Such a great cause thank you A&W employees.

    The best root beer ever.. Served in a frosted mug. Food is good. Onions rings recipy has changed seems less greasy content.
