Glen's Chip Wagon

These are the best chips within 30 km of Kanata. The portions are generous and the owner is very friendly. I look forward to their return. Thay have been missing for months. Please return soon.

The food itself was much better than I expected (28 years in hospitality and kitchens has jaded me a little!). The appetizers were excellent, we ordered a number of different ones for the table, the calamari was a crowd pleaser as were the crab cakes, and my youngest is still talking about the Caesar salad two weeks later

I came right before closing to try their fries and poutine, as I heard this chip truck was good. The owners are really friendly, and the food came fast.The fries tasted really fresh, and I found out they were made with sunflower oil! They were thick cut and slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Similarly, the poutine gravy was tasty, and there were ample curds, although they did not squeak.

The best french fries you will find in the West end and I have tried all in Stittsville and Kanata and beyond

I decided to come and see for myself how good the fries were. I got the medium poutine, I was surprised how big it was. It was delicious! It’s my first coming here. It’s located near Canadian Tire. I would definitely return.

My families go to place for chip wagon...have not had a bad meal here yet and I've been coming here since they opened...When my children come home from Toronto...this is where they want to go to..they are always friendly and usually always busy..well worth it
