Pizza Hut

Food was good, however, we waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks (both non-alcoholic) and another 40 for our appetizers to arrive. Appetizer: garlic bread and cheese, and our main was a mini pizza and wings. Server apologized for the wait.

I have had REALLY good pizza from this Pizza Hut. However I’ve also had some meh or not what I ordered kind of stuff too. One time I ordered 22 boneless bites and asked for half buffalo and half honey garlic. I got hot with my food and realized they actually mixed the 2 sauces together for all my wings. I didn’t call and complain or anything I just sucked it up and ate it. Wasn’t very good but when you have the munchies it doesn’t matter. Another time I ordered pizza it was burnt or undercooked. But I’ve had perfect pizza here a couple of times maybe depends on who’s working. It’s also not so appetizing when you are waiting for you pizza and you see them spray that can of oil or whatever it is all over your pizza. I’m sure all pizza huts do it but it’s not the most pleasant thing to see, you would think that should be behind the scenes type thing. Very expensive as all pizza huts are so I do expect 5/5 pizza every time for the prices I have paid however that’s not always the case.

This place has great potential and could be bringing in 3 times the $$ if they had better service. Especially on weekends. They can't seem to keep up with restocking their buffet. I would say 8 out of 10 times that we go, their employees are grumpy and leave the impression they are annoyed by the full house. I know many people in our community and surroundings and we all love the idea of a place with a buffet but are disappointed by the service here. Like I said, they have great potential but need to take it up a notch.
