“My hubby and I went for dinner two tines for dinner. We felt going only once would not be fair to give us a feeling if we liked their food or not. Sadly both times we were disappointed. I enjoy fish fillet meals and my husband loves the steak dinner or other beef/pork entrees.My meal was cold and very little vegetables which were still hard. Not aldente but hard. The steak my husband had was full of grizzle. The second time we ventured there I had some pasta with shrimp. The pasta was good but there were very few shrimp pieces in the meal. I don't think it fair to charge a great amount of money for dinner and have it be just noodles. I could do much better at home. Again the beef was not satisfactory for my man and we left right after we had what we could from the food, never to return. We may be picky eaters since the place was not empty when we came in, but I will not eat what doesn't taste good to me or there isn't anything in the meal to enjoy.”

“We only ordered take out so I can’t speak about the dine in experience: had the cheeseburger and fries. Delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, so flavourful and tasted like very high quality beef. Topping were fresh and great. The fries were superb, came in a little box with a wooden fork, reminds me of a privately owned food truck. Cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so good. Worth every penny!”

“Easily the BEST!!! The Souvlaki guy has easily the very best gyros in Woodstock, probably in Oxford county! Probably the best in Ontario! Oh my word they are so GOOD!!! Its 100 times better than anything at Pita Pit, Subway or any of those chain sandwich places. And don't get me wrong, I love Subway and Pita Pit. They just don't compare to The Souvlaki Guy! Honestly, I will return here for gyros more often than I should, it's delicious, the owner is extremely friendly and you can tell he loves his job :) Just a great atmosphere and the best best best gyros! Try it once and you'll be hooked :) fantastic portion sizes for fries when you get a combo. The price? Beyond fair! I would pay far more for the quality gyros here! So you cant go wrong! Go here!
