Demetre's Family Eatery

Love this restaurant! Despite its size and the large volume of patrons I still felt like I was in a very quiet environment with very tasty food! The portion sizes are excellent and the staff are very attentive. The restaurant is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this restaurant to all people. There is something for everyone. The prices are very affordable. Way to go!

Outstanding!! Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxing.. Our waitress Sherry was a real pleasure, she took care of all our needs and joked around with us.. she was a pleasure to deal with.. highly recommend.. thank you, we will be back!!

went in today for their burger special. i had the great Canadian burger with fries. the burger had i nice char grill taste to it and was nicely seasoned but the texture was pasty like the meat was overworked in a mixer, not the kind of feeling i would expect when biting into a burger. the fries were just ok for frozen shoestring fries. service fairly decent enough being that it was quite busy there.

As usual it was great. Clean .grt food and service. Very courteous and friendly service. We both m...or worth the drive ordered .cheese bacon and mushroom omelet rye toast plenty of preserves lemon water and coffee....1st class been recommending 2 all and any friends headed in that direction or worth the drive out of the way.

Demetre's is the kind of place every town needs. Delightful food, easy menu, and an atmosphere that covers many occasions. First date dinner? Safe.
Hundredth date dinner? Safe.
Small children? Safe
Overbearing opinionated family members? Safe.
Visiting town and need a wholesome friendly relaxing meal? Very safe.
So old you you forgot why you are reading this? Safe.

Everything I have had here has had that touch that says someone in the back cares about what they are doing. Maybe some ingredients were frozen in a past life, but for sure they made it taste good.

I've never had a bad meal here.
