Swiss Chalet

Conveniently located at Lansdowne and the Parkway, this is an oversized restaurant with plenty of seating areas however was sorry to see a very limited number of items on their menu. If you have been to some of their other locations, you will understand what I mean. So this is something they will need to work on for the purpose of customer retention. Staff are great as usual however can get overwhelmed if the place is at near full capacity. There is plenty of parking for guests.

Went there with my evil twin brother and his wife. We had the Thanksgiving special. It was good. I don't especially like stove top stuffing, but I poured gravy on it and I must admit, I enjoyed it. Then of course, the pumpkin pie for dessert. Our waitress was very pleasant and in a jovial mood, adding to the overall experience. Get there soon, they often come up short on the pie count. Had a great time.????

I've been going to this Swiss Chalet for years but it's recently gone downhill which is why I've only rated it as 3/5. The service has been horrible the last 2 or 3 times we've visited. Waitresses have too many tables and as a result, they can't provide efficient and adequate service. The roast beef is gone from the menu which is disappointing and the prices have really gone up. Staple dishes are still super yummy like their fries and chalet sauce. It's a great place to eat if you're gluten free but there is very limited selection for vegetarians. We may stop visiting this location all together if the service doesn't improve.

Amazing! Server “Leanne” on Sept 6th, about 6:30 PM went above and beyond the line of duty. I mean it’s Swiss Chalet, you wouldn’t expect service like Leanne provided tonight. The food was average Swiss Chalet dining nothing special exactly what I expected, but Leanne made the experience a million times better. Send her to the Keg honestly she did an amazing job.
