The Food Forest

This is my second visit there. I am new to the vegan diet so for many years I ate primarily meat and no veggies. The Food Forest opened my eyes on how delicious veganism can be!. The meals and shakes are made from high quality ingredients and packed with flavour. I read in previous comments that it is pricey.... my opinion on this is you get what you pay for. It costs extra to use organic materials. I left the restaurant feeling full and not lethargic or bloated. The staff there is warm friendly and welcoming. Definitely going to be a regular there.
I also learned you can have coffee as a vegan ????, thier coffee is amazing.

I've been visiting this restaurant over the years - from the original owners, to new ones and I must say the new owner that is currently running it is doing a phenomenal job at keeping it as the original did! The server was so kind and the service was so fast! Food as per usual was 10/10. It's a gem in this city.

Excellent!! Bean burger was very good and the size of a real meal. Power bowls and breakfast choices are great! Customer service was very nice! Would come back again and again for the great tasting food.

this little gem on our way from Toronto to Ottawa; so worth the drive off the highway! The food was the best vegan gluten-free dishes that we've ever had. All items are housemade and/or local. The owner and her partner are young entrepreneurs- who personally provide amazing, friendly service; they graciously provided us with a free sampling of dessert. We will go out of our way again to revisit

I LOVE this place. I have many allergies and they can accommodate them no problem. My husband also loves this place even though he has no food issues. Highly recommend this for office meetings, family or dinner dates! I have met the owner Lasair many times and she is such a breath of fresh air with a ton of love and energy!
