Microbrasserie Cassel Brewery

Just picked up some beer there. It's very hoppy and quite expensive

Was familiar with their previous location, and enjoyed their fine selection of craft beers. The staff was friendly and informative and you could see the care they put into their work. My wife and I recently visited their new location/bistro and were throughly impressed! Great atmosphere, wonderfully prepared food and friendly service by Roxanne made our experience even better. Would gladly come back!

Great beets available at this microbrewerie. Worth the drive, if you are in the Ottawa area, make a stop.

The service was friendly and attentive and the drinks were pretty good too. The food menu looks nice - Pretty good for a bistro-type of offering - however I was super happy with the food.
I ordered the croquettes which were tasteless and crumbly. Also ordered the beef cheek which was tasty but the dish was very small and totally room temperature. Kitchen has some work to do.

Friendly staff and absolutely phenomenal craft beer! A very heavy hitting line up of unique craft beers worth travelling for! I highly recommend the Maple Rye Ale for one of the most amazing seasonal flavours!
