(November 24, 2019, 11:16 pm)Ordered lechon belly and it was right on time for pickup. Crunchy skin and well-cooked with aromatic flavors. Lechon was little bit more expensive than other Filipino restaurants but still highly recommended. Visitors Loved it!

(November 11, 2019, 8:30 pm)We ordered party trays and lechon for a party this weekend - they were easily the hit of the show! Their dinakdakan was easily a crowd favorite and the lechon was perfect! This is definitely our go-to place not only for parties but for dine-in or take-out. Food always hits the spot and service is always excellent. Would give this place 10-stars if I could! Can’t go wrong with Lechon Republik Ajax :)

(August 5, 2019, 3:30 pm)Bought an 8lb lechon belly for a picnic get together and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. It was crispy and tender and absolutley delicious! Thanks Bong and Olive! Will definitely come back for more.
