Mean Poutine Ajax

The service was swift, got my order in less than 5 minutes. The lady who served was very polit and helpful. And personally I only eat halal, so it’s a bonus for me to be able to eat the halal options. I got myself the fired chicken poutine and it was pretty good but not like “oh my goodness best potions ever” , an amazing potion size that was able to last me 2 meals.

I would definitely go again to try it out again

They were fast in the poutine was really really good. No complaints about the food. They only get four stars because they were speaking a different language with some guests they had in the back. A couple times I had to ask if they were speaking to me because the teller would answer in a different language while taking my order or talking to me. Could have waited until my order was finished. They should separate business and pleasure and not have it in the same kitchen.

Decided to give Mean Poutine a try this past weekend following some grocery shopping in the plaza. I was skeptical at first. Upon walking in you realize the restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and the Fried Chicken poutine was excellent!

The reason for 4 stars is there was a family in the restaurant with, I assume, a 5-6 year old and the establishment had music playing in the background with a ton of swearing. I love hip hop but radio edited versions when my kids are around are a must.

Very clean and some unique combos. Great service. Not a fancy dinning area but that is expected with any fast food chain. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, seemed like a high school kid but took good care of us. Kids loved it.
