Wendy's

I've been coming here for years as a regular spot to grab some quick lunch.

It's the same menu obviously as any other Wendy's. This location has good quality service though and a manager regularly walks around, offering a basket of mints and how the service was.

On the one occasion when they messed up our order they gave us coupons for a future visit of their own initiative.

Emma did a great job serving our huge confusing order. Head office please take note and promote. Cheerfulness and happy stature goes a very long way in customer service!!!

I have always had amazing service here. The staff are so friendly and better yet never mess up my orders. You can see they take customer service and satisfaction seriously, when eating in the dining area the staff have come around on a couple of occasions to offer a complimentary treat. Thanks!

I love this Wendy's. My favourite in Durham. Service is great and people always smile. The reason I like this Wendy's better is because they have the Coke Remix machine and I don't have to bother the workers for refills. I go to Wendy's for the salads, they are bomb
