Burger factory Oshawa

I came for lunch and I enjoyed the food they have here, very nice and great. Mr. Akbar who is the owner is also nice and provided great customer service.

My husband and I each ordered the Juicy Lucy. We like very different toppings and they were able to accommodate both of our favs. Everything was fresh and hot, burgers were delicious. The fries were the best! We have visited McCoy Burger in the past but didn't enjoy it as much. Convenient location. We will be back :)

Am using this post to personally thank the manager & the great staff of newly opened Burger Factory Oshawa for making my first visit at their place a memorable one. Am a true Beef Burger lover and say with full confidence that the burger I tried: ' The Machine', served the purpose I left the house that night for ! The juicy mixture of double cheese & delicious meat was absolutely wonderful. I saw the staff preparing it and from preparation to presentation, all was very pleasing. The staff was very welcoming & provided great customer service. I wish Burger Factory Oshawa all the very best for their success. Great job guys. Keep it up !

Despite being a franchise, this place makes you feel you are in a family owned restaurant, which is a rare occurrence nowadays. The people are very friendly and the service is on point. The burgers are delicious and fresh, so are the fries and the funnel cake. We had the Juicy Lucy and the crispy chicken burger, both were served quickly and the presentation was awesome. The meat is never frozen and minced onsite. Overall a clean and we'll managed place, don't miss it when in the area.
