FGF Vegan

Woow, simply amazing food! I am not vegan but I got stunned with this vegan food! Super recommended for anybody who wants a good food and try new flavours!

I travel as a musician for work. Been traveling Canada and exploring vegan restaurants across the country for the past two years. There’s a great place in St Johns. An unreal place right in the heart of Calgary but nothing is better than fgf! For real. I feel so amazing every time I leave this place. The food is nutritionally balanced in a way I’ve never experienced. So delicious! Super convenient traveling across the 401 to stop in. Thank you FGF! You rule my food world.

These lovely people make it easy to become vegan or vegetarian. Tried their pizza... oh wow. Delicious! How can it possibly be vegan??? They really deserve 10 stars!!!

Delicious, nutritious and tons of options! They use compostable containers and have lovely music. Highly recommend!

I have been there a few times. The BLT sandwich on plantain bun is so yummy. It is my favorite. The french fries are really good. The Greek salad is another one of my favorites. The Asian salad is yummy. The barbecue sandwich is really yummy. I had the barbecue sandwich on a plantain bun as well and it was really good. The fish and chips was really good , but deep fried greasy. The onion rings were very greasy as well . That's what you get with deep fried stuff. LOL The green curry Thai is good, but really spicy for me. I wish they had red curry Thai instead. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. This place has an accessible washroom with new door openers and is very fresh. I did not notice a changing table on the like bathrooms usually have, but I was happy to find that the place was wheelchair accessible.
