The employees here are always nice and patient when making an order. I eat here often and have never had any issues with an order.????

This was one of the few KFC s that had somewhat done the recipe justice.....the flavour was good ,however the chicken itself was greasy and the outside skin was t as crisp and flavorful as I remember it.
Perhaps because of the volume of people wanting their food at the same time....speed was paramount to creating a delicious product and ensuring that the quality was up to Par ....by the Colonels standards!!
Perhaps having a person to quality test what is coming out before it's thrown into a box this could be done on a Batch to Batch basis.? Someone needs to Quality Check the chicken and maintain what was once one of the most sought after dinners in North America.
There are locations that dont meet the standards and I've gone thru some where I had to toss it all out on the way to a Family Picinic,and OP out for Pizza instead.
I grew up as a child on the Canadian Prairies and of all the foods I ate.....KFC was my all time favorite and can be the same if someone would monitor the processes it takes to bring it back to it's Former Glory ! EAB.

On Oct 11th a PA Day I took about 30 children here to get ice cream cones. Shawna did all 30 cones and was very polite with the children. Overall we had a great experience.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great customer service and food quality. If an order is wrong they will go above and beyond to make it right for you. Additionally the dining area is well kept.
