“My wife was not impressed by the judgmental staff when going to this location instead of buying our supper at some other place like nearby Swiss Chalet or Dairy Queen. We had just shopped at Tokyo Smoke Cannabis Store. If not for this store's proximity to Tokyo Smoke, we would have bought our supper elsewhere. Instead of being grateful for a convenience customer like my wife, she looked down upon my wife for being a purchaser of a small amount of cannabis for casual users like my wife and I who are around 50 years old. We are far from the drug addicts your staff implied. We will avoid this location and possibly your chain for a long time. In our future visits to Tokyo Smoke, we will get our supper elsewhere! You need to train your staff to be less judgmental and welcome the extra business they will get from cannabis consumers.”

“I really wanted to give this restaurant a 5. I was greeted right away, seated right away, my order was taken promptly and the food arrived quickly and hot. I ordered a daily special the - Florida It looked amazing and every part of it was tasty. All that is except the potatoes which were those frozen nasty little cubes of dried out starch. Awesome part - they leave a carafe of coffee AT THE TABLE Waiter came back once to ask me how it was. Then forgot about me. The leftovers got stone cold, the carafe was empty, I had time to go to the (very nice) bathroom, etc and still no sign of him. I looked around and couldn't see him a couple of times. Finally had to ask another waitress to track him down. Pleasant enough guy though. Price was very reasonable for a nice restaurant, not too noisy. Food was nicely presented. I suppose I'll be back but not too soon.”

“fortunately my experience with this Harvey's was pleasant. the restaurant was clean. furthermore it felt understaffed as it took 25 minutes to get a meal for 4 at a Quick Service Restaurant. I have been to Chick-fil-A with a lineup out their doors and I was still unable to get our food in less time. there was lineup just 1 person ahead of us. but by the time we finally got our food, there was a much longer lineup behind us and several others came and left seeing the lineup.”
